Palworld lets you participate in various tasks apart from catching Pals in the wild such as Mining, Planting, and Transporting. Transporting involves Pals carrying items and storing them in containers.

10 best Pals for transportation

Palworld has a whole variety of Pals to choose from when it comes to transport as you can see from the tier list above. However, the ten Pals given below are the best Pals that you need to prioritise as you start the game.

10. Tombat

Tombat in Palworld
  • Element: Dark
  • Partner Skill: Ultrasonic Sensor
  • Work Suitability: Transporting Lv2, Gathering Lv2, Mining Lv2

Tombat is one of the starter Pals that you should try to catch as soon as possible since these Pals are nocturnal, they don’t need any sleep and end up being very productive. However, it’s best to build a Hot Spring for them so they don’t get frustrated with work.

Despite being available only at night, Tombats are fairly easy to catch owing to their glowy body. That being said, their partner skill Ultrasonic Sensor is also quite useful as it helps you detect the location of nearby Pals.

9. Beegarde

Beegarde in Palworld
  • Element: Grass
  • Partner Skill: Worker Bee
  • Work Suitability: Planting Lv1, Handiwork Lv1, Lumbering Lv1, Transporting Lv2, Gathering Lv1, Medicine Production Lv1, Farming Lv 1

With a transporting level of two, Beegarde is a dynamic Pal that has a plethora of different skills that make it quite useful. Additionally, Beegarde will even drop Honey when it is assigned to Ranch

Beegardes can be found near the Mossanda Forest fast travel point. However, they might be a bit hard to catch owing to their territorial nature. It’s best to catch them when they’re stunned or sleeping.

8. Grizzbolt

Grizzbolt in Palworld
  • Element: Electric
  • Partner Skill: Yellow Tank
  • Work Suitability: Handiwork Lv2, Lumbering Lv2, Transporting Lv3, Generating Electricity Lv3

Grizzbolt is another one of the early-game Pals. However, don’t let that fool you as this Pal is quite hard to catch as it spawns at high levels with high health and defense stats. If you wish to capture it, you should come prepared with a lot of Pal Spheres and Ground-type Pals.

Grizzbolt also has the Yellow Tank skill which allows the players to ride Grizzbolt while also being able to fire a mounted minigun from it.

7. Cattiva

Cattiva in Palworld
  • Element: Neutral
  • Partner Skill: Cat Helper
  • Work Suitability: Handiwork Lv1, Gathering Lv1, Transporting Lv1, Mining Lv1

Cattiva is another of the starter Pals that you will encounter at the starting point. They’re weak and fairly easy to catch. However, they do end up slacking off a lot and taking long breaks so it’s better to find an alternative for them as you progress in the game.

You can find Cattivas in the Plateau of Beginnings, Sealed Realm of the Frozen Wings or Grassy Behemoth Hills. Its Partner Skill, Cat Helper even increases your max carrying capacity by 50 which comes in handy for transporting and stacks with multiple Cattivas.

6. Faleris

  • Element: Fire
  • Partner Skill: Scorching Predator
  • Work Suitability: Kindling Lv3, Transporting Lv3

Faleris excels in the Transporting category while also being a speedy flying mount. Its Partner Skill causes Ice Pals to drop more items when defeated.

To encounter Faleris, you’ll need to fly to the northeastern corner of the map with the No.3 Wildlife Sanctuary.

5. Helzephyr

Dark-type Helzephyr in Palworld.
  • Element: Dark
  • Partner Skill: Wings of Death
  • Work Suitability: Transporting Lv3

Helzephyr is an excellent choice to help carry your load because it won’t get distracted by other tasks. as they’re nocturnal creatures which means they don’t need to sleep at night.

Helzephyrs are located in the area of Hypocrite Hill. However, it is important to remember that since they’re nocturnal creatures, they only spawn at night.

4. Mossanda

mossanda palworld
  • Element: Grass
  • Partner Skill: Grenadier Panda
  • Work Suitability: Planting Lv2, Handiwork Lv2, Lumbering Lv2, Transporting Lv3

You can find Mossanda by heading to the Mossanda Forest, which is also plentiful with natural resources. This Pal is not only well-rounded in Work Suitabilities but also has the Grenadier Panda Partner Skill that rapidly fires a grenade launcher while mounted.

3. Vanwyrm

  • Element: Fire/Dark
  • Partner Skill: Aerial Marauder
  • Work Suitability: Kindling Lv1, Transporting Lv3

Vanwyrm can be encountered near the Sealed Realm of the Swordmaster and Mount Obsidian Midpoint teleport points.

As a Fire/Dark Element creature, Vanwyrm is weak against Water or Dragon-type Pals. Therefore, we recommend bringing a companion like Jormuntide or Azurobe.

2. Wumpo

  • Element: Ice
  • Partner Skill: Guardian of the Snowy Mountain
  • Work Suitability: Handiwork Lv2, Lumbering Lv3, Transporting Lv4, Cooling Lv2

Wumpo is by far the best choice for Transporting due to its level four skill in that category. Additionally, it also has Work Suitabilities in the Handiwork, Lumbering, and Cooling areas.

You can find Wumpo throughout the Tundra region of the map, but make sure to bring a Fire-type Pal to take advantage of its weaknesses.
