Tulin: Cristina Vee
The young Tulin is the son of Teba. The Rito warrior who aided Link in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Players will likely remember Tulin from Breath of the Wild. However, this Rito plays a much larger role in Tears of the Kingdom and as such, is a voiced character this time around.
