Finding Ronnie 2K in NBA 2K24’s MyCareer is the perfect way to get a head start with future pros, seeing as you can start at 90 overall with the Rebirth perk. Here’s how you can find him.

Over the last few years of 2K, the devs have been implementing more and more side quests, activities, and collectibles to populate The City so that players end up covering every corner of what they’ve built.

That has also included the addition of Ronnie 2K – the face of the NBA2K dev team. He’s been dotted around the city in previous years, tasking players with finding things and completing certain objectives to unlock everything from new clothes to in-game ability boosts.

Finding him in NBA 2K23 proved a little difficult for most, seeing as he was jumping around The City like crazy. However, in 2K24, things are a little more simple, and he’s got the Rebirth perk on offer.

That’s right, unlike last year when you had to find Ronnie three times at three different spots across The City, he’s just in one spot this year down by the beach.

In fact, when you trigger the Rebirth quest from your Special activities menu, you’ll actually get a pop-up on-screen showing his exact location. Which is way more helpful than last year. No more wild goose chases.

Just head down towards the 3v3 courts by the beach and you’ll find Ronnie standing looking at the water. He’s got a pool floatie wrapped around his waist, and will probably be surrounded by other players, so you can’t miss him. Have the conversation about Rebirth and you’ll be able to go on with your day.

What is the Rebirth perk in NBA 2K24?

That’s right, Rebirth is back this year in 2K, which is great news for anyone who wants to play multiple MyCareer saves.

Once you’ve started the quest, you just have to hit 90 overall and then return to Ronnie for a second conversation. He’ll give you 3,000 VC and the perk, allowing you to start any future MyPlayers at a 90 overall off the bat, as well as having 5% boosts on any eligible badges – which will also start at a silver level!
