x3 Wheat
x1 Egg
x3 Buckets of Milk

Wheat can be gathered by breaking Tall Grass and collecting any Wheat seeds that they drop. Then simply plant the seeds and wait for the Wheat to grow.
Chickens in Minecraft will lay eggs every 5 – 10 minutes so simply find a chicken in a grassy area and wait for it to lay then collect the eggs.
Buckets of Milk can be obtained by locating a cow, equipping an empty bucket, and right-clicking on the animal to milk it.
