Mega Sceptile weaknesses in Pokemon Go

Since Mega Sceptile is a Grass/Dragon-type Pokemon, it’s weak to several types, including Flying, Poison, Bug, Dragon, and Fairy. Additionally, Ice is 4x effective against Mega Sceptile thanks to its type combo, so bringing in a strong Ice-type Pokemon could be the best strategy.

Of course, Mega Sceptile will have its own strengths in battle. It’s resistant to Ground, Electric, Water, and Grass. Naturally, it would be best to leave those Pokemon out of this Mega Raid.

Mega Sceptile will be available in Raids from Friday, March 1, 2024 until Thursday, March 14, 2024, when it will be replaced by Mega Tyranitar.

Can Mega Sceptile be Shiny?

Yes, players will be able to find Shiny Mega Sceptile through Mega Raids.

Like any Shiny Pokemon, trainers will have to be quite lucky to actually find Shiny Mega Sceptile, but it is certainly possible. With its striking blue appearance, it will make for quite the flash Pokemon.
