The Legendary Pokemon Ho-Oh appears in a Pokemon Raid

The game’s Shadow Ho-Oh Raid Weekend introduces Shiny Shadow Ho-Oh for the very first time, meaning players that beat Shadow Ho-Oh in Five-Star Shadow Raids have a chance to encounter a Shiny Shadow Ho-Oh.

How to find Pokemon Go Shadow Ho-Oh

As part of the Pokemon Go Shadow Ho-Oh Raid Weekend, Ho-Oh is set to appear in Five-Star Shadow Raids. These raids are not the same as regular raids and must be challenged in person.

Shadow Raids are much tougher than regular raids, due to the increased stats of Shadow Pokemon. So to tackle them players must not only be nearby to the raid, but it’s also recommended that players use teams of at least four or five high-level Pokemon Go trainers to take them down.
