Ripsaw Launcher locations are essential to complete one of the new weekly challenges in Fortnite, so here’s where to find one – and how to use it to knock down Timber Pines.

Fortnite is always adding new weapons for players to try out, and the latest addition to the loot pool is the Ripsaw Launcher. This powerful weapon launches a saw blade that can tear through structures (or any unlucky enemies in your way).

You’ll need to find one of these weapons to complete a weekly challenge in Fortnite that requires you to ‘knock down Timber Pines with a Ripsaw Launcher’, so we’ve got all the details you need on the Ripsaw Launcher locations below.

Where to find a Ripsaw Launcher in Fortnite

The easiest place to find a Ripsaw Launcher in Fortnite is the Chop Shop, which is a landmark northeast of Logjam Lotus. There are loads of Ripsaw Launchers hanging on the wall, ripe for the taking.

We’ve marked the Chop Shop location on the Fortnite map below to help you find it:

The Chop Shop is normally the only place you can find one of these weapons in Fortnite, but during Ripsaw Launcher Week (which runs until July 5) you’ll also find them across the island in chests and as floor loot.

This means you shouldn’t have too much trouble finding one to complete this week’s challenge, but we’d still recommend visiting the Chop Shop, as you’ll be right next to the Timber Pines you need to knock down.

How to knock down Timber Pines with a Ripsaw Launcher in Fortnite

Once you’ve got a Ripsaw Launcher, you’ll need to find some Timber Pines. These tall trees can be knocked down with a swing of your pickaxe or by driving into them, and they usually appear in snow-covered areas.

The easiest way to complete this challenge is to knock down a Timber Pine so that it falls onto other Timber Pines and knocks them down. Simply aim your Ripsaw Launcher at a tree, charge it up fully, then let it fly!
