- Brutal Swing (Dark/STAB)*

Pokemon Go Hydreigon best moveset for PvP
Hydreigon’s PvP moveset should be Dragon Breath as the Fast Move with Brutal Swing and Dragon Pulse as Charged Moves.
For Hydreigon’s Fast Moves options are admittedly a bit of a toss-up, as both Bite and Dragon Breath do the same damage, have the same energy yield, and benefit from Stab. However, Dragon Breath ever-so-slightly edges it out in terms of energy per turn.
It’s Charged Move slots should go to Brutal Swing and Dragon Pulse, though Brutal Swing is a Community Day move and available through the use of Elite TMs.
Should trainers not have access to Brutal Swing, Dark Pulse would be the next best option. Still, the second Charged Move should go to Dragon Pulse.
Pokemon Go Hydreigon best moveset for Raids
For Raid content, trainers should equip Hydreigon with Bite as the Fast Move with Brutal Swing and Dragon Pulse as the Charged Moves.
In PvE content, Hydreigon is bit more effective as a Dark-type attacker, making Bite the better Fast Move option.
Again, Brutal Swing and Dark Pulse should be set as the Charged Moves, but Dark Pulse can replace Brutal Swing if necessary.
