1. Complete Merlin’s questline where he asks you to restore the Pillar of Friendship.
2. Once this has been done you’ll have the option to unlock the Forest of Valor by clearing the Night Thorns that block the way which will cost 3,000 Dreamlight.
3. Upon entering the forest, you’ll soon notice stalks of Garlic nodes popping out of the ground, simply interact with them and Garlic will be added to your inventory!
