Fortnite’s Chapter 5 Season 2 is rapidly approaching with its officially teased Greek Mythology theme and leakers has revealed various weapons and guns for next season. Here is everything we know.

Fortnite‘s first season of Chapter 5 is finally coming to an end. Chapter 5 Season 2 is set to takeover and start a whole new beginning for the Battle Royale with its officially teased Greek Mythology theme.

Epic Games first teased players by dropping the Odyssey NPC onto the Island, complete with her own Greek-themed quests. The immersive Titan’s Hand and Pandora’s Box event soon followed, and after, Epic posted their first official teaser image for next season via their socials.

While this has been going on, constant skin and Battle Pass leaks have also been revealed and now all-new weapons set to shake up their meta and their stats have been discovered.

Here are all the Fortnite weapon and gun leaks for Chapter 5 Season 2.

All leaked Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 weapons

According to trusted leakers in the Fortnite community of HYPEX and Wenso, numerous data files have been discovered for upcoming weapons. The files show that Epic Games is working on various weapons, which are all suspected to be introduced in Chapter 5 Season 2.

Tactical Shotgun

The Tactical Shotgun or Tac Shotgun, has been a staple of Fortnite since the very beginning in Chapter 1. It is set to return in Season 2, but, it is unknown whether the OG Tactical Shotgun, last seen in Season OG, will return or whether it will be another brand-new variation of the fast-firing close-quarters weapon.

  • Fire Rate: 1 shots per second
  • Damage: 79/84/88/93/97
  • Headshot Damage: 119/126/132/139/145
  • Reload Time: 3.6 to 4.2 seconds
  • Magazine Capacity: 6 bullets


The DMR first appeared in Chapter 3 Season 3 as a weapon for both medium and long-range combat. It has since had many variations drop into the Battle Royale Island and now another DMR rifle looks set to be heading to Season 2.

  • Fire Rate: 1.5 shots per second
  • Damage: 58/61/64/67/70
  • Headshot Damage: 102/107/112/117/123
  • Building Damage: 63/67/70/74/77
  • Reload Time: 2.1 to 2.8 seconds
  • Magazine Capacity: 7 bullets


Snipers dominated Chapter 5 Season 1, so the introduction of a brand-new sniper for Season 2 will certainly be a hot topic. It will be available in all rarities across the map and is set to be a key gun for players to use in the upcoming season.

  • Fire Rate: 0.8 shots per second
  • Damage: Unknown (109 for Mythic rarity)
  • Reload Time: 5.1 seconds
  • Magazine Capacity: 2 bullets

Weapon Mods

Weapon Mods have been one of the biggest changes to Fortnite after being first introduced in Chapter 5 Season 1. Epic Games looks set to be expanding on its initial launch with 10 more gun attachments being found in the game’s files that are expected to release in Season 2.
