During Day One of Smash Ultimate Summit 2, legendary Peach player Ezra ‘Samsora’ Morris showed up in an incredible cosplay based on his main.

The 21-year-old eUnited player posted his crossplay to Twitter with the caption “A new princess in town,” and credited cosplayer and model Annjelife for doing his makeup.

Along with the dress, shoes and nylons, Samsora or “Samantha” also came equipped with accessories including a crown, and umbrella to amplify the character. After all, the star player knows Peach inside and out.

The Shine 2019 champion didn’t just wear the outfit for fun either, because he also performed at Smash Summit’s “Talent Show” where numerous pros showed off bizarre talents to great comedic effect. For Samora, he performed a catwalk and even included some taunts the fighter does in-game as part of his act.

Unfortunately, the performance ended a bit too earlier for some of the judges leaving them wanting more after Samsora walked off stage. That didn’t hurt his score though, as commentator Zak ‘Coney’ Zeeks had quite the comment about Samsora’s show.

“I was enthralled and enchanted, and there’s a reason I have a pillow on my lap right now,” he joked. “That’s a ten out of ten for me.”

While Samsora may have impressed, Twitch chat ultimately voted Samuel ‘Dabuz’ Buzby the winner of the competition for his juggling “skills”.

Additionally, it doesn’t seem like Samsora has any intent to bring the Samantha personality back for another run. In a tweet, the Peach God seemed to fatally self-destruct his alter ego and wrote “RIP 2019-2019.”

It may be for the best, however, as trying to be both the world’s best Peach player and cosplayer could be a difficult task. The Smash pro has been rising in the ranks due to his impressive results at tournaments.

Most notably, at Shine, the Peach icon shocked the world by defeating the world’s best player overall Leonardo ‘MKLeo’ Lopez Perez who was coming off wins at EVO and Super Smash Con.

It will be fun to see how Samsora performs at the all-star stacked Ultimate Summit competition running from October 24 – October 27.

A Kingdom Hearts cosplayer shared her jaw-dropping transformation into the RPG’s lead heroine Kairi. The artist’s stunning take on the character is the perfect way to celebrate the newly released KH game Melody of Memory.

In 2002, iconic Japanese developer Square Enix surprised fans when they teamed up with Disney for an epic collaboration. Decades later, Kingdom Hearts is still one of the most popular gaming franchises of all time.

A talented cosplayer celebrated the beloved series by recreating Kairi’s entire outfit from scratch. The artist’s insanely detailed hand-sewn costume truly brings the heroine to life like you’ve never seen before.

The popular heroine has been featured in countless Kingdom Hearts games since 2005.

Kingdom Hearts cosplayer becomes real life Kairi

The epic series begins with best friends Sora, Riku, and Kairi living on Destiny Islands. The group dreams about one day leaving their region and exploring the world. However, the trio are then thrusted into an adventure when they are forced from their homes.

Cosplayer miciaglo ‘Sweet Angel Cosplay’ brought the heroine to life on Instagram when she shared her insanely detailed costume. Photographer ‘colorless_ph’ captured the artist posing as the character with a gorgeous beach backdrop behind her.

Miciaglo re-created Kairi’s look from Kingdom Hearts III which made its debut on the PlayStation 4 in 2019. She perfectly mirrored the RPG lead’s pink and black hoodie, including all of its belts and buttons which the outfits is known for.

In another post, the cosplayer revealed that she hand-stitched the entire costume herself. She uploaded a collage of photos to give viewers a close and in-depth look at just how detailed her work actually is.

Fans of the Disney crossover had to wait nearly 14 years until Kingdom Hearts III dropped. The series has now gotten a new game only a year later with the release of Memory of Melody – with fans breathing a sigh of relief.

The rhythm title made its debut on November 11 on the Nintendo Switch, PS4, and Xbox One. Its story largely centers on Kairi, as she remembers the entire story across various musical levels.
