Who is Dead by Daylight’s latest Killer?

Dead by Daylight’s newest Killer, The Artist is an original character from the game’s Portrait of a Murder chapter. Her real name is Carmina Mora and uses superpowers to expose corruption through art and is eventually murdered for it.

Carmina is followed by a flock of murderous crows wherever she goes and returned from the grave to seek revenge on her killers – and everyone else. Her story is eerily similar to that of The Crow character, although The Artist is more concerned with causing terror and murder than the pursuit of justice.

Speaking about Dead by Daylight’s Portrait of a Murder chapter, the developers said:

“Portrait of a Murder is Dead by Daylight going back to its roots: an original story and universe, set in mystery, dark fantasy and fear,” creative director Dave Richard writes in a press release about the new chapter. “The new characters are also unique and diverse, which is part of our DNA, and representative of our player base.”

The chapter will also introduce a new survivor called Jonah Vasquez. He is a CIA agent and will have some kind of connection to the new Killer. A new map called The Forsaken Boneyard is also confirmed and will be set within the Chilean desert. This is exactly where The Artist was murdered.

When is the next Dead by Daylight Killer releasing?

There isn’t a concrete release date for when The Artist will be joining Dead by Daylight, the Portrait of a Murder chapter releases in November 2021, so we’ll have to keep our eyes peeled in the coming days and weeks for news surrounding the upcoming Dead by Daylight Killer.
