As with Mega Latios, Dragon Breath is the best option for its damage and energy cost balance. As for the Charged Move, Outrage is one of the best Dragon-type attacks, as it can deal a lot of damage for very little energy, so go for it.

In both cases, players can go for Mega Latios & Mega Latias’ special moves (Luster Purge/Mist Ball) as secondary Charged Moves if they can afford them.

The best moveset you can use with Mega Latias for Raid battles is also Dragon Breath as a Fast Move and Outrage as a Charged Move. With these moves, Mega Latias will become a very strong Dragon attacker.

In both cases, players can opt to go with Zen Headbutt as a Fast Move and Psychic as a Charged Move if they are in need of a strong Psychic-type attacker.
