Ariana Madix takes home PCA for Competition Contestant of the Year

Votes for People’s Choice Awards are determined by fans who could vote up to 25 times per day, per category, and per voting method.

Being that Ariana Madix had the year of her life after the Scandoval, it’s no surprise that she was nominated for Competition Contestant of the Year.

Not only was Madix nominated by her army of fans, but she also won the PCA, beating Theresa Nist of The Golden Bachelor, Charity Lawson of The Bachelorette, Xochitl Gomez of Dancing With The Stars, and even more.

Khloe Kardashian also took home a PCA for Reality TV Star of the Year for her time on her family’s Hulu series The Kardashians.

One of the standout moments of the night was when Adam Sandler accepted his PCA for People’s Icon. As Sandler read a sarcastic speech, thanking People Magazine for awarding him the Sexiest Man of the Year, the audience laughed at his genius joke.

Not only that but both Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce won a PCA. Swift won Pop Artist of the Year, Female Artist of the Year, Concert Tour of the Year, and Social Media Celebrity of the Year. While Kelce won for Athlete of the Year.
