Streaming stars Hasan and xQc are embroiled in an ongoing feud — a conflict that saw Hasan cast doubt on the legitimacy of xQc’s divorce from ex-wife Adept.

Twitch streamer and political commentator Hasan is coming under fire after claiming that streaming is harder than working a “real job.”

“Yes, a real job can be gruesome, a real job can make you very tired, but a real job doesn’t suck the soul out of you,” he said in a February 24 broadcast. “The same way that nine hours of streaming absolutely will.”

Since then, Hasan has found himself at the center of attention online as netizens and even other content creators disagree with his sentiments… one of whom is prominent Kick and Twitch streamer Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel.

It’s no secret that xQc is rolling in the dough thanks to his illustrious streaming career. Lengyel famously signed a $100 million, non-exclusive contract with Kick last year… but he’s not necessarily on Hasan’s side when it comes to his thoughts on work.

“Maybe there’s like, a few jobs — but in the grand scheme of things, I would much rather f*ckin’ sit here on my dumb ass then f*cking go out there and f*cking deal with dumbass f*cking customers and clients,” he said in response to Hasan’s comments.

That’s not all; xQc also recognized that despite streamers’ hard work, they’re often helped along their path to success by other creators, saying fellow political commentator and streamer Destiny “onboarded [Hasan] for a long time,” arguing that his success wasn’t solely achieved by Hasan’s merits, alone.

It looks like xQc’s remarks got back to Hasan, who popped off on the former Overwatch pro for supposedly “faking” his divorce from ex-wife Adept.

“xQc is literally just looking to farm drama,” Hasan claimed. “…he knows what my actual position is. Motherf*cker stayed at my house with his ex-girlfriend who they had like, a fake divorce over. Okay? He knows what the f*ck I believe. It’s bullsh*t.”

xQc finalized his divorce from common-law wife ‘Adept’ in 2023, but there’s still ongoing drama between the ex-couple after Adept attempted to sell his McLaren in spite of a court order prohibiting her from doing so — and allegedly demanding a $2 million house as part of their separation.
