Is Amanza Smith parting ways with Selling sunset? Here’s what diehard fans should know.

Amanza Smith has been a crucial staple on Selling Sunset since Season 1 first premiered on Netflix.

Fans of the show have been highly intrigued by the drama Amanza brings to the table. Not to mention, her friendship dynamics are conversation-starters!

Here’s why fans of the show might think Amanza could be calling it quits sometime soon – and why they’re wrong.

Amanda Smith is staying on Selling Sunset

There are a handful of reasons why Selling Sunset viewers might think Amanza won’t be sticking around. For starters, she opened up about her health issues in 2023. With that being said, a desire to focus on her health instead of filming a reality TV show would be valid.

Secondly, her ongoing drama with Chrishell Stause was difficult to watch during Season 7. By the reunion, it seemed the two were on friendly terms again – until Chrishell admitted that she doesn’t trust Amanza! The status of their friendship is somewhat of a mystery for now.

Ultimately, Amanza hasn’t said anything about quitting Selling Sunset. Keep in mind that we’ve gotten the official announcement from Heather Rae El Moussa that she’ll no longer be with the show.

If Amanza was also quitting, fans would’ve heard that announcement by now. In November 2023, Deadline reported that Season 8 of Selling Sunset was going to start filming within the next few weeks.

That means filming for Season 8 is already in motion as we speak. Chrishell is another cast member who hinted she’ll be done filming the show after Season 8, but again, fans haven’t heard any such rumors about Amanza.

Other Selling Sunset real estate agents who’ve already dipped out include Christine Quinn, Maya Vander, and Vanessa Villela.

Since Amanza hasn’t spoken about quitting Selling Sunset in interviews or shared hints about that on social media, it’s safe to assume she’ll be sticking around for the long haul.
