The LEGO Creator 3in1 collection comprises myriad extremely cool sets. However, which is best? We’ve rounded up the best LEGO Creator 3in1 kits and where you can buy them.

LEGO’s Creator 3in1 collection is extremely popular. It’s no wonder why — each LEGO Creator 3in1 set offers LEGO builders the choice to build one of three models. That’s cool. Very cool. The question remains — which one will you choose?

However, no matter which model you build first, you can always take it apart, and build the second or third. Of course, the same pieces are used for each.

But just what makes a LEGO Creator 3in1 kit one of the best LEGO Creator 3in1 sets? Well, several factors have to be taken into consideration.

To make the list, the set must provide LEGO creators with an immersive and rewarding building experience. Of course, that’s not all. When each model’s bricks have been clicked together, it should elicit a smile, whether it’s during play or when looking at it on display.

1. LEGO Creator 3in1 Retro Camera — 31147

Although comprising the least number of bricks (261, to be specific) of the sets featured on this list, this LEGO Creator 3in1 kit has to make the cut. Why is this? Well, it’s sure to elicit a feeling of nostalgia when you build it and, when the latter has been completed, every time you look at it. It does look cool, doesn’t it?

Each model in the LEGO Creator 3in1 Retro Camera set makes for a great display piece, the two-and-a-half inches tall, LEGO-reimagined camera, especially. It will undoubtedly look great when placed on a shelf in your home or photography studio (maybe next to your LEGO Ideas Polaroid OneStep SX-70 Camera?).

But what other models are included in this set for ages eight and up? Well, there are a retro video camera, which features an opening flap, and a brick-built retro television with an antenna.

2. LEGO Creator 3in1 Flowers in Watering Can — 31149

LEGO flowers and plants are a favorite among LEGO builders. However, several of these, such as the LEGO Icons Tiny Plants set, were designed for those aged 18 and up.

Fortunately, the LEGO Creator 3in1 Flowers in a Watering Can kit was designed for the younger ones and, of course, grownups who are young at heart. So, while you click away at the bricks of, say, the LEGO Icons Bouquet of Roses, kids can enjoy the fun.

What’s more, whereas some of the botanical-inspired LEGO builds were arguably designed to be displayed inside your home or office, each model included with this 420-piece kit is sure to look great when placed outdoors.

So, what models are included? For starters, there is the LEGO-reimagined watering can, which features an array of vibrant flowers and a trio of butterflies. This build measures five inches tall, four-and-a-half inches wide, and six inches deep. The other models include a brick-built rain boot and a duo of birds sitting atop a flower perch.

3. LEGO Creator 3in1 Main Street — 31141

There are a hotel, a café, and record and music stores. An array of accessories are included for each property. The LEGO model of Main Street measures 14.5 inches tall, seven inches wide, and five-and-a-half inches deep.

However, don’t let the fun stop there. There is a duo of other brick-built locations you can visit. These include models of Archway Market Street and a skyscraper.

This LEGO Creator 3in1 kit was designed for LEGO builders aged nine and up. Comprising 1459 pieces, it is sure to provide them with an immersive building experience.

There are an array of musical-instrument-inspired LEGO sets. Unfortunately, most of these were designed for adult music aficionados. Well, now it’s time to let kids (aged eight and up) join the band with their own brick-built instrument — a tropical-themed ukulele.

Unfortunately (or fortunately for parents), the LEGO-reimagined ukulele, although featuring vibrating plastic strings, doesn’t produce any sound. No worries, kids have oodles of imagination.

However, don’t let the age on the box of this 387-piece LEGO Creator 3in1 set keep you, as an adult, away from buying it. With its cool hues, it is sure to look great on display. It measures nine-and-a-half inches tall, five-and-a-half inches wide, and two inches deep.

In addition, when you are done strumming the strings, you can head out to the beach. The kit includes two buildable tropical beach scenes. One features a surfboard and the other comprises a dolphin leaping out of the ocean.

A roller coaster in space? You bet. How cool is that? However, to get there you’ll first have to do your astronaut training and, of course, board a space shuttle.

Fortunately, this LEGO Creator 3in1 set does not only feature a space roller coaster, replete with tree moving carts and a host of space elements, including a light brick-equipped meteor. Yup, you can do your training and head towards it in a space shuttle. You’ll need to be nine and up to go for a ride, though.

The set includes Minifigures of an adult astronaut, a baby astronaut, a scientist, a dad, and two children. Comprising of 874 pieces, the space roller coaster measures 10.5 inches tall and wide, and 22 inches deep.

Designed for aspiring astronauts aged nine and up, the LEGO Creator 3in1 Space Astronaut set comprises 647 pieces and, of course, features not only a build-and-display model of an astronaut, replete with a detachable jet-propulsion backpack. With this kit, kids aged eight and up can ride back in time, either via roller skate or skateboard. Of course, a trip requires some tunes. What better way to do it with a retro boom box? All of these models are included in this kit. Cool, isn’t it? Indeed.

What’s more, the 342-piece set is endowed with bricks finished in an array of vibrant colors. The brick-built roller skate is, of course, the main build. It’s no wonder why.

The LEGO-reimagined roller skate features thick yellow laces, moving wheels, a pink stopper, and vibrant bricks to decorate the heel of the boot. It will undoubtedly look great on display. It measures five-and-a-half inches tall, three inches wide, and six-and-a-half inches long.

9. LEGO Creator 3in1 Wild Safari Animals — 31150

Comprising the most pieces (780, to be precise) of any of the newly-released LEGO Creator 3in1 sets, this kit is sure to provide animal lovers aged nine and up with an immersive building experience.

With this set, young LEGO builders have the option of building one of a trio of safari scenes. One of the latter features a giraffe — replete with a moving neck, ears, tail, and legs — and a flamingo, and a tree. The second scene includes a lion, a tree, and a butterfly, while the third comprises two posable gazelles and a duo of bushes.

Each of these LEGO Creator 3in1 sets will look great on display. There’s no doubt about it. What’s more, several of them are sure to provide not only an immersive building but also an enjoyable playing experience. They will also make for great gifts.
