Ex-Call of Duty pro Doug ‘Censor’ Martin may switch to Fortnite as his main game, as hinted at in a statement he made during a vlog on November 10.

In the vlog, he addressed fans’ concerns that he wasn’t playing enough Black Ops 4, to which he responded that he preferred the ‘challenge’ that Fortnite is currently providing him.

“I just want to have some fun, man,” he admitted. “…I want to start playing the game a little bit more because I’m not that good at it, and it’s a challenge to me.”

Censor also hopes to train with Fortnite professionals to hone his skills, citing teammate FaZe Cizzorz as one pro he’d like to be mentored by in the future.

Censor additionally expressed some regret that he’d focused on Call of Duty so heavily during his time as a professional player for the game.

“I’m really enjoying Fortnite right now,” he continued. “I’ve played so much CoD in my life… looking back, I wish I was getting good with Fortnite, because this game is such a challenge, and it’s something new for me all the time.”

FaZe clan, of which Censor is a part, currently has a massive team of Fortnite pros; while Censor has since retired from competitive Call of Duty to focus on full-time content creation, his statements on the battle royale title could hint at another shift into competitive gaming in the future.

While Censor assured his audience that he still has a love for Call of Duty, he aims to focus his sights on Fortnite in the interim.
