The RAM-9 is an excellent addition to MW3’s ever-growing arsenal so it’s no surprise players want to get their hands on it. To help you do just that we’ve put together this guide on how to unlock the RAM-9 in Warzone and Modern Warfare 3.

Alongside the BP50, the RAM-9 is the other weapon introduced at the start of Season 2. Early impressions of the new SMG have been largely positive with its devastating damage profile standing out most.

It isn’t the easiest gun to use but for higher-skill players who can keep their shots on target, it is a clear top-tier option. However, before you can take advantage of the RAM-9 you’ll first need to unlock it.

Here’s how to unlock the RAM-9 as fast as possible to use in both multiplayer and battle royale.

How to get RAM-9 in Warzone & MW3

The RAM-9 can be unlocked by completing Sector B6 of the Season 2 Battle Pass. This requires a minimum of 15 Battle Tokens which are earned by simply playing the game.

You can typically expect to earn around a token an hour so it will take an average of 15 hours of gameplay to unlock the RAM-9. However, this can be sped up significantly by either using Battle Pass XP Tokens, playing during double XP events, or buying Battle Pass ranks for 150 CoD Points each.

As with all new weapons, the RAM-9 is available on both the free and premium versions of the Battle Pass. This means both MW3 & Warzone players don’t have to pay extra to unlock and use the new submachine gun.

As for what you can expect from the RAM-9, the reveal blog post describes it as, “offering among the best-in-class recoil control and mobility,” and being able to “mow down the opposition with high-damage,” thanks to its impressive TTK.
