Raquel Leviss explains why she thinks Tom Sandoval was hesitant to sell the house he shares with his ex, Ariana Madix.

Raquel Leviss is officially not returning for Vanderpump Rules Season 11 after getting backlash for having an affair with Tom Sandoval.

However, she still weighs in on important topics from the show on her new podcast, Rachel Goes Rogue.

She discussed the Vanderpump Rules Season 11 trailer in the most recent episode, which showed Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix still living in the same house, leaving viewers to wonder why neither of them have moved out yet.

Ariana confirmed that she refused to buy Tom out of the house because she didn’t agree with his offer, and recently filed a lawsuit against him.

Raquel thinks Tom is “stubborn” about selling house

On the second episode of Rachel Goes Rogue, Raquel predicted the reason for Tom not wanting to sell the house.

“Tom doesn’t want to lose that house, and I think he’s being stubborn with not letting Ariana buy him out. I think that’s also a big reason why he didn’t break up with her sooner is because he wanted that house,” she explained.

Raquel also mentioned that the house symbolizes the history that Tom and Ariana’s relationship had over the years.

“And I also know that they grew up together and the fact that they came from this small apartment that was a little run-down and when you turn the microwave on, the lights would go out, and just, it was a small space.”

“They worked hard to make money and invest it into this big house, and I feel like there’s areas of comfort there that they both felt comfortable in their relationship, and comfortable in that house,” Raquel added. “And now that the relationship is broken up, I believe that Tom is having a really hard time letting go of that house.”

Even though Tom and Ariana have moved on with their lives, the house is the one last thing they have to take care of before officially parting ways.

They both returned for Vanderpump Rules Season 11, but tried to film separately and avoid each other at all costs.

Now that Ariana has sued Tom, she might finally be able to get the deal she was hoping for.

Vanderpump Rules Season 11 premieres Tuesday, January 30 at 8:00 p.m. ET on Bravo.
