Is Peacemaker in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League?

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is finally out and has opened to mixed reviews from both critics and longtime Rocksteady fans alike. The game has stirred up a generous amount of controversy around the storytelling and a failed looter-shooter gameplay that has lost the iconic Rocksteady charm that was last seen in the Batman Arkham trilogy.

Nevertheless, fans of the Suicide Squad franchise are praising the game for its hilarious take on the characters and outstanding performances by actors which makes it worth a go. Among the four main members of the squad, certain villains from the DC rogues gallery appear as well, with some hinted to arrive in a future DLC.

As fans are playing as their favorite Task Force X member, many are wondering if the Beacon of Freedom Peacemaker appears in the game or not. Here’s the answer.

Does Peacemaker appear in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League?

The answer to that is No. Peacemaker does not make an appearance in Rocksteady’s Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League.

The newest member of Task Force X from James Gunn’s The Suicide Squad, Peacemaker was all the buzz back in 2021 when the film came out, followed by a standalone HBO Max series which received critical and fan praise. WWE Superstar John Cena played the iconic role of the anti-hero who aims to achieve peace and liberty no matter what the cost.

Sadly for fans of Peacemaker, he does not make an appearance in the latest Rocksteady game, and neither have the devs revealed any plans of adding him in a future DLC as of yet. However, players have spotted an easter egg of the character within the game around Metropolis.

In the video above the dove symbol that can be seen on the chest of Peacemaker is spray painted on a wall inside an alleyway. This certainly assures fans that the anti-hero does exist in the Rocksteady universe.
