A Video of the Fully Customization Football World Cup Skins for Fortnite Has Been Leaked
Video footage with more information about Fortnite Battle Royale’s football (soccer) World Cup related content has been released and it’s even better than people originally imagined.
June 14th will mark the start of the FIFA World Cup when the hosts, Russia, kick off against Saudi Arabia in Group A.
The footballing spectacle will last for a month and millions of fans around the world will be heavily invested in the matches and stories coming out of it.
Following the release of the V4.4 patch for Fortnite, data miners revealed that some World cup related items and outfits were set to be added to the game in celebration of the tournament.
Popular data miners TwoEpicBuddies later revealed that there was likely to be some level of customization involved as there were files for multiple countries included in the release.
Little more was known until another well known data miner and leaker, jh9, took to his Instagram account and posted two videos showing the World Cup skins and the new Kick Ups emote.
Of greatest interest will be the outfit, as Fortnite players will be able to customize the kit and number so that they are representing the team and footballer of their choice.
The new football kit skins are sure to be a massive hit with players all around the world and it just another of Epic Games having its finger on the pulse at all times.
Another big positive is that us England fans will now be able to ensure that at least one person in an England kit is still playing in the knockout stages!
