On September 5, a team made up of 100 Thieves Fortnite pros ‘Kenith’, ‘Parallax’, ‘Risker’ and ‘SirDimetrious’ broke the world record for kills in squads on PC. In a recent video, the quartet explained how it happened on the ground.

“Honestly we just stayed alive right off the bat and found the right amount of players,” Parallax said.

Well, most of the team stayed alive. Unfortunately, Risker fell out a tree at Shifty Shafts and was eliminated. But it all worked out in the end, becuase the other three members of his team managed to finish the round and take the world record away from FaZe.

The four all landed in different areas of the map to begin their hunt for the world record.

“I went Tilted,” Parallax said. “There was actually no one in Tilted and I was kinda worried early game that we wouldn’t be able to get enough kills.”

Even though Parallax wasn’t finding a ton of luck in Tilted, he was able to alert his team to a group of players headed towards Shifty Shafts. Kenith was in the area and quickly added a few more scalps to the 100 Thieves collection.

From there, Kenith and Parallax grouped up, while SirDemitrious continued to hunt on the other side of the map. Squad after squad fell to 100T and at the end of the day they walked away with the win and the new world record.

How to get Hop Rock Dualies exotic weapon in Fortnite: new location

Epic Games has thrown Fortnite players for a bit of a loop and changed the location of one of the most coveted Exotic weapons in the game right now: the Hop Rock Dualies. Here’s where you can find it after February 24, 2021.

The Hop Rock Dualies are one of the most powerful Exotic-rarity weapons in the game right now and for good reason. Not only are they incredibly powerful pistols that, essentially, fire in a two-round burst, but they also give the player a low gravity effect, allowing them to glide through the air like an action star.

While they were previously available via the NPC named Cole, who was found near Retail Row and Catty Corner, Epic Games has now switched up who sells the Hop Rock Dualies, just a few weeks before Season 6 launches.

The Hop Rock Dualies can now be found with Deadfire, near the center of the map.

This time around, the Hop Rock Dualies can be found with the NPC named Deadfire, the cowboy-type character added during the game’s Season 5 launch back in December.

Luckily, Deadfire can only spawn on one place on the map as of the time as of this writing: in the Sheriff’s office near the center of the map. This means that, unlike last time, players don’t have to roll the dice landing at one spot, hoping the NPC will spawn there.

Interestingly, he hasn’t moved locations since his inclusion at the start of the season, meaning if you know where he was located before, you’ll already know where to find the Hop Rock Dualies.

That being said, if you want to get your hands on the Hop Rock Dualies in Fortnite, here’s what you’ll need to do:

  1. Head to the Sheriff’s Office near the center of the map (it’ll be the old run down building between Colossal Coliseum and the Zero Point portal).
  2. Once there, head to the first floor and find Deadfire.
  3. Speak to them and select the Hop Rock Dualies option.
  4. Click again to confirm the purchase.

Like before, the Hop Rock Dualies will cost players 500 Gold.

How much do the Hop Rock Dualies cost?

Just like before, you’ll need to make sure you’re loaded with 500 Gold Bars if you want to get your hands on the Hop Rock Dualies. That’s not an easy amount to come by, so check out our guide for making money in Fortnite if you’re short.

The Hop Rock Dualies weapon includes two pistols, making it the perfect choice for gunslingers. They use medium bullets, deal 43 damage to players, and have a magazine size of 18 with a reload time of 2.7 seconds.
