How to complete Hulk Flashback SBC in FIFA 20: cheapest solutions & cost

EA SPORTS have released a new Flashback SBC for Brazil/Shanghai SIPG forward Hulk in FIFA 20 Ultimate Team (FUT), and we’ve got the requirements, cheapest solutions, in-game stats, and everything else you need to complete it.

Another week, another Flashback SBC in FIFA 20, which are meant to celebrate a standout season from a player’s career, whether domestically, internationally, or both.

Released on April 11, the most recent such squad building challenge was in honor of Hulk’s 2015/2016 season, during which his strong performances in the UEFA Champions League earned him a spot as one of the top 11 players of the group stage.

Hulk Flashback SBC in-game stats

This is Hulk’s third card in FIFA 20, following his regular gold and 86-rated Scream Team versions. Both of those are RM, whereas this new item is a CF, allowing players to use him through the middle without having to do any squad-building improvisations.

As for his stats, the card leaves very little to be desired. It epitomizes what the Brazilian was known for in past FIFA titles – sheer pace, cutthroat shooting, hypnotic dribbling, and raw power.

On top of all that, this new version also features more-than-decent passing stats, making him usable at CAM and even in the midfield, where his 93 strength should also allow him to knock players off the ball.

Requirements, solutions, cost

This SBC has one squad building component – an 86-rated Brazil themed team without any In-Form or TOTW Moments requirements.

However, that’s not to say it’s overly cheap, as FIFA database website FUTBIN currently estimates it to cost around 197,000 coins on PS4, 186,000 on Xbox One, and 192,000 on Origin.

Here are some of the current cheapest solution for this SBC, none of them requiring any loyalty or position-change cards.

However, if you’ve done the recently-released 88-rated Bakayoko FUT Birthday SBC and are willing to plug that untradeable card into this squad building challenge, then you can cut your costs by nearly 30,000 coins.

Of course, as is the volatile nature of the FUT Market, player prices are constantly fluctuating, so the cost of doing this SBC could go up or down depending on when you decide to complete it.

Is Hulk’s Flashback SBC worth doing?

As we always say, SBCs that cost over 100,000 coins always come with a little bit of risk, because you’re dumping all the currency into an untradeable card that you have never tried before.

While Hulk’s stats are all very impressive, and his position-change useful, the league he plays in isn’t exactly the best for links, so if you don’t have ICONS or Brazilians to surround him with, then it’s probably worth passing on this one.

That said, however, if you do have a squad that could accommodate the links for this card, and you’re looking for a powerful forward that can whiz and/or dribble past defenders, put the ball in the net, and, when required, make the proper pass, then this is definitely worth completing.
