Twitch streamer and Tempo Storm speedrunner Mychal ‘Trihex’ Jefferson has recovered from his Twitch ban by streaming a 20-hour live event, dubbed “Re: FORMED.”

Trihex streamed from October 13 at 1 PM EST to October 14, just before he had to leave for a flight to Los Angeles.

He addressed his seven-day ban during the beginning of the stream, and likewise held that he wasn’t making an attempt at repairing his image.

“I’m not here for retribution and stuff like that,” he explained. “I’m here for good vibes… I was suspended for a while. I took time to reflect and reform a little bit. At first, I was obviously surprised and upset, looking at the news.”

He also revealed a brand-new emote, called ‘TriGG.’ He stated that, while it may be used ironically, it ultimately represents ‘good manners’ in the gaming community.

Trihex was banned from the streaming platform on October 6 for using a homophobic slur during one of his broadcasts. He posted an apologetic statement to Twitter following the ban, claiming that the term had been ‘normalized’ for him in certain chat rooms and spaces in the internet.

“I apologize for my poor behavior and to anyone who is offended,” he wrote. “I never intend to demean any persons of marginalization.”

Although fellow streamers speculated that Trihex would be banned for 30 days due to similar instances, it looks as though his suspension only lasted seven days.

He announced that he will be broadcasting a ‘comeback stream’ on October 17 or 18, where he may try to complete the first  Dark Souls game in one sitting.
