The Sidemen are hosting a talent show, and you could be part of it

YouTube group ‘The Sidemen’ are holding a talent show with an open-entry format.

Sidemen member and popular YouTuber Olajide ‘KSI’ Olatunji posted about the contest in a Tweet, where he revealed the competition’s specifics.

He stated that the contest would be held ‘soon,’ and that those vying for spot in the runnings should send in footage of their talent to the Sidemen’s email address.

The footage will be reviewed by the group, who will then decide on contestants to make it into the talent show.

Since the Tweet’s release on September 24, contestants have already begun to submit their talents, with some posting their footage to YouTube.

Many potential candidates have suggested singing as a talent, while others responded to the Tweet with their feats of strength, high scores in arcade games, and ‘joke’ talents, such as ‘falling asleep in 30 seconds anywhere.’

The competition will no doubt be fierce – seeing as how the Sidemen have over 3,800,000 subscribers on YouTube, not counting each member’s own subscriber count, there is no telling how many fans will apply.

With the group’s penchant for funny skits, there is also a probability that the Sidemen could add a hilarious twist to the talent show, to boot. Fans could even see the Sidemen themselves submit their own talents in the video.

Those looking to take part in the contest should act quickly, and prepare for the results in one of the Sidemen’s upcoming videos.
