Pro Fortnite Players Show What Playground Mode Is All About With Incredible Build Fights

Playground Mode might have been disabled just hours after its introduction to Fortnite Battle Royale but Thiefs still managed to get some awesome clips of professional building fights before that happened.

The Playground Mode was one of the most exciting additions to Fortnite in recent memory but it was disabled just hours after being released due to some issues that Epic Games needed to address.

The idea behind Playground Mode is that it will allow players to practice on their own, or as a squad, and hone their Fortnite skills with significantly better resources, weapons, friendly fire, and unlimited respawns.

While not a private match, or fully customizable mode, this is the closest that Fortnite players have had to a perfect training environment so far, and professional players were particularly excited to get their hands on it.

The pros already have incredible abilities but Playground Mode offers the opportunity to put these on display and sharpen them.

One player that actually did manage to get his hands on the mode while it was live is Thiefs. Luckily for those of us that didn’t get to try it out, he’s uploaded a video that shows it in all of its glory as he has some insane building fights with other top players:

So, that’s what Playground Mode will allow players to do if they’re talented enough.

Of course, most of us won’t be able to replicate anything close to what Thiefs did, but using the mode to practice might help some players to get that good in the future.

The last update on the Playground Mode downtime stated that the developers ares till working on a fix and hoping to have more information for players on June 29th.
