Logan Paul gets ‘knocked out’ by professional boxer during body shot challenge

Popular YouTuber Logan Paul invited professional boxer Ryan Garcia onto his ‘imPaulsive’ podcast on January 5, where he ended up taking the brunt of his boxing gloves during what Garcia called the ‘body shot challenge.’

Garcia uploaded a video of the challenge to Instagram, where he pummeled Paul (clad in protective gear) in the stomach with a quick and powerful series of punches.

Paul appeared to take the blows in stride, vocalizing after every hit. Maverick member Mike ‘Hey Big Mike’ Majlak then began mock commentary, after which Paul found himself backed against the wall – falling to the ground shortly thereafter.

Garcia’s video has over 1,800,000 views as of January 9, captioned with a humorous statement where Garcia joked that he was “just tired” of Paul.

“I was just tired of this dude,” Garcia wrote in good humor. “Had to whoop Logan Paul.”

Paul himself had a self-deprecating take on the challenge, stating, “Ryan was just warming up on me a little bit, and I now understand why people fly back in the videos. I am fucked.”

Although Paul’s 2018 kicked off on a rough note, his ‘imPaulsive’ podcast has since reached over one million subscribers, and has seen a plethora of celebrity guests – including the likes of ‘Drake & Josh’ actor Josh Peck and comedian Brendan Schaub, among other major YouTubers and internet personalities.

Paul was likewise dubbed one of Forbe’s top 10 highest earning YouTubers of 2018, raking in a speculated amount of $10 million.
