One Pokemon trainer shared a “corny” Valentine’s Day card they received from their significant other and the community loved it.

The Valentine’s Day holiday has come and gone, but many Pokemon trainers across the world were able to celebrate with their favorite franchise.

Pokemon Go fans could participate in some controversial Enamorous Raids, while Scarlet & Violet players could challenge Fairy-Tera Type Luvdisc in Tera Raid battles.

Of course, other Pokemon trainers spent the day with their significant others, exchanging sweets and cards. This was the case with one trainer who shared their Valentine’s Day card on social media, much to the community’s enjoyment.

A Reddit user going by the name ‘aspidities’ made a post on the Pokemon subreddit titled, “Just got the best Valentine of my life.”

The trainer explained, “My fiancée knows my favorite mon is Heracross and my favorite thing is to annoy her with sexual puns so she created this masterpiece.”

They attached two pictures of their Valentine’s card which featured a watercolor illustration of Heracross on the front with the caption, “Throw me around.”

The inside of the card featured some heartfelt words and plenty of Pokemon-themed innuendos that the couple likely got a kick out of.

However, many fans online also seemed to enjoy the humorous card, with many expressing their appreciation for the post.

“It’s so corny. If you ever let her go, I will do something drastic,” said one Reddit user. The OP replied and assured the commenter they had no intention of doing so.

Others shared their own Pokemon-inspired Valentine’s stories. “My wife is an awesome painter and will usually paint me a card for holidays. This year she asked me what I wanted her to paint and I said I didn’t know. She said, ‘Bidoof?’… So now we say, nothing says love like Bidoof.”

Hopefully, plenty of other Pokemon trainers out there were able to spend Valentine’s Day with someone who matters to them.
