Krysten Ritter teases Jessica Jones return as Daredevil: Born Again filming ramps up

The MCU is undergoing major changes for 2024 and onwards. With new TV shows on the way, including Daredevil: Born Again and many others, rumors are running rampant online as to which previous actors will return as the franchise undergoes such a colossal shift.
Particularly, the future of many characters who once appeared on Netflix has been a main source of discourse throughout the fanbase. After it was confirmed that Charlie Cox would return as Daredevil, fans were hopeful that other actors from the Netflix universe would return also.
Of all the other characters from the Netflix series, the one that has been getting the most attention is Jessica Jones. Krysten Ritter previously portrayed the character for Netflix, her take on the role winning over fans quickly.
In the lead up to the release of Daredevil: Born Again, with filming now well underway, fans are speculating that Jones will return and be the next Netflix actor to reprise their role and fully integrate into the MCU.
Adding fuel to the fire, the star of Netflix’s Jessica Jones shared a video to her Instagram story on February 1, 2024. While the photo itself doesn’t give anything away, Ritter’s outfit and the caption hint at the return everyone is waiting on.
In the photo, Ritter can be seen wearing the same t-shirt she wore throughout the show, captioning the video “IYKYK” and a winking face emoji.
Cosmic Marvel posted a screenshot of the story on X (formerly known as Twitter) alongside an image of the Marvel heroine from her series.
Fans have been rushing online to share their hype and excitement at the possibility of Ritter’s return as Jessica Jones. One fan commented, “Mommy is back” while another added, “I am begging.”
