The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered is out this week, and brings a bunch of new features to the 2020 game along with a graphical facelift. In particular, the No Return roguelike mode pits you against a randomized series of encounters culminating in a final boss fight.

There are six bosses in The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered No Return. Each boss appears in the sixth and final stage of a run, and will complete the run if you beat it.
Beating a boss automatically unlocks the next boss, who will appear in the finale of the next run you do. Once you’ve beaten all six bosses, they will start appearing randomly at the end of each run.
