NBC singing competition The Voice is set to make its comeback on February 26, and it’s bringing in a new coach panel for viewers to get to know, including the very popular Dan and Shay.

The Voice first premiered in 2011 and went on to have twenty-four successful seasons in the past decade. The reality show is to make its comeback this February 2024 with Season 25.

The host, Carson Daly, is announced to return, along with the coach panel of John Legend, Chance the Rapper, and Reba McEntire. The new addition to the panel would be the duo Dan + Shay.

Fans were excited to have Dan and Shay on the show with Reba because both artists are country music-focused. The new duo will train a team of young singers who will battle it out with Reba’s team.

Who are Grammy award-winning singers Dan & Shay?

The Voice announced its first-ever mentor duo, Dan & Shay, for Season 25. The two country singers bagged three Grammy awards for themselves in 2023.

Now they are set out to coach and mentor some new talent on the Voice. However, this will not be their first time on the show.

Dan and Shay were part of two seasons of The Voice as they performed their single Speechless with contestant Chevel Shepherd during Season 15. Moreover, they were the Battle Advisors for Blake Shelton in Season 20.

While talking to The Voice producers Shay said, “It truly is an honor. If someone chooses to be on team Dan and Shay, and we have the honor of coaching them, with their immense talent that they’re already bringing to the table? It really is incredible and something we’ll never take for granted.”

The Voice Season 25 is an NBC network program and will be aired live on the channel from February 26 onwards at 8/7c. Afterward, it will be made available to stream on Peacock.
