Taylor Swift’s frequent producer Jack Antonoff fired off at Kanye West over the rapper’s new Vultures release date.

Kanye West’s joint studio album, Vultures, with Ty Dolla Sign was originally slated to drop at the end of 2023. Due to several controversies, including one involving Nicki Minaj, the album was pushed back several times.

With a recent update, Ye revealed the album will arrive in three parts with each having their own release date. The second volume is set for March 8, which happens to coincide with Jack Antonoff’s new album.

As much as he’s known as a popular music producer, Antonoff also forged an admirable career as part of rock band fun. and his indie-pop pet project Bleachers. In a new post, he had some choice words for the rapper over the same release dates.

Jack Antonoff, also known for working with Lorde and Lana Del Rey, took to Twitter/X to fire off at Kanye West.

“Kanye on bleachers release date is hilarious little cry baby bitch,” he wrote.

Many fans in the replies cheered him on. “Never change,” wrote one.

“Your tweets never disappoint,” said another.

“Jack you’re a savage,” echoed a third.

“I love you for this, going to stream your song that day,” promised a fan.

“I need to print this on a t-shirt to wear when I come to see you guys on tour,” joked another.

Others, however, weren’t as keen on pitting artists against one another. Some even railed against Antonoff for his comment.

“Musicians (who make two completely diff genres of music btw) having ‘beef’ is so funny bc like, you know audiences are allowed to listen to more than 1 album right?” wrote one user. “And I’m sure most Kanye fans aren’t foaming at the mouth for new Bleachers music.”

“You’re not the main character here bro,” added another.

“What is a ‘bleachers’,” said a user.

Jack Antonoff and his band Bleachers will release a self-titled album on March 8 via Dirty Hit. Reportedly, it’ll document “the bizarre sensory contradictions of modern life, his position in culture, and the things he cares about.”
