While the original game was a top-down title, the sequel is a full-blown third-person action shooter that’s perfect to play with friends in co-op, or you can take on missions alone in solo play.

Helldivers 2 has already gotten off to a massive start, with a PC player count that has already surpassed GTA 5s all time record. Its popularity has caused some issues however with the developers having to increase server capacity due to overwhelming demand, and there have been some errors. One of the most frustrating is the Login Limit Reached error that stops players from getting into Helldivers 2.

Can you fix the Login Limit Reached error in Helldivers 2?

Unfortunately as the Login Limit Reached error is directly related to the server issues that the game is still experiencing, there’s no concrete way to fix the issue right now. However, there are a few things you can try to get access to the game. These are:

• Close down and reopen Helldivers 2 on your PS5 and PC. Restarting your device completely may also solve the problem.
• Wait on the loading screen – when we experienced the error, we were able to log in after waiting for approximately 15 minutes.
• Keep an eye on the game’s Server Status as servers may be down for maintenance.
• Double-check your internet connection. As Helldivers 2 requires players to always be online, it’s worth making sure your Wi-Fi is running as smoothly as possible.

While this error is certainly frustrating for fans, hopefully, it’s an issue that should be resolved relatively soon given that Arrowhead is keenly aware of the extremely high demand the servers are under, and have actively been working to increase capacity.
