Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League lets you build your ideal member of the team, but can you experiment with your build via respec? Here’s what you need to know.

After a bumpy road, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is finally here, throwing players into the role of the iconic villain squad. The title is a looter-shooter a la Destiny and Borderlands, heavily rewarding players for experimenting with different builds.

Each member of the squad has their own set of perks and skill trees that promote experimentation, as leveling up rewards “Talent Points” to unlock said perks. With that said, the question of “respec,” or gaining skill points back to reallocate, is a popular one in titles like these.

Without further ado, let’s discuss whether or not you can respec in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League.

Can you respec in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League?

As mentioned, when leveling up in Suicide Squad, you earn skill points aka Talent Points that can be invested into a skill tree for each character. However, there is no process of respec, as the game does not return the skill points spent to reallocate to your liking.

That said, you can instead edit your perk selection, provided they’re in the same tier. For example, in the screenshot above, in Captain Boomerang’s “Boomin Boomerang” tree, you can switch between any of the Tier 1 perks to experiment with different playstyles.
