Rogue’s MSdossary Wins FIFA 18 eWorld Cup $400,000 Tournament – Final Placements
The FIFA 18 eWorld Cup took place in London on August 2-4, and Saudi player Aldossary “MSdossary” Mossad has taken 1st place, beating Belgium’s Stefano in the Grand Final.
As the culmination of the FIFA 18 competitive season, the eWorld Cup Grand Finals brought together the best players in the world, who qualified through the Global Series, to determine the best of the best.
With a massive $400,000 prize pool, it was a life-changing opportunity for the FIFA players in attendance, but ultimately only one player would walk away with the $250,000 first place prize.
After three days of competition, Rogue’s MSdossary lifted the trophy, a deserving win having gone on a remarkable run through the group and knockout stages.

In the final between MSdossary and Stefano, the Saudi finally won 4-0 on aggragate – 2-0 on PlayStation 4, and 2-0 again Xbox One, netting him the $250,000 and the title of World Champion.
MSdossary after a dominant performance in the group stage, losing only two matches. He continued on his run to the final, before completing the grand final match without conceding a goal. StefanoPinna took home $50,000 for his second place finish.
The FIFA competitive season will start up again after the release of FIFA 19, and bolstered by a successful tournament season for FIFA 18, the future is bright for this once somewhat niche esport.
