Ending with a heart-pounding finale, that featured two new songs and one old tune, the True Detective Season 4 soundtrack is complete.

True Detective Night Country has ended, and the show stuck the landing, as we wrote in our spoiler-free, five-star review of Season 4.

The show has also been powered by a superb soundtrack, featuring songs by the likes of The Beatles, Florence and the Machine, The Beach Boys, Johnny Cash, and Billie Eilish.

True Detective Season 4 soundtrack: All songs and artists

The True Detective Season 4 soundtrack is headline by Billie Eilish and includes songs by The Beatles, Johnny Cash, and Mazzy Star.

True Detective’s dark and foreboding soundtracks match the grim nature of the show’s stories and themes. Indeed, one of the highlights of Season 1 was the opening tune — ‘Far From Any Road’ by The Handsome Family.
