One Pokemon Go fan is praising the game for being able to be played from home using the Spacial Rend feature.

Despite being over a decade old, Pokemon Go is still as popular as ever. The mobile game, developed by Niantic, continues to grow with new content, events, and more each and every month.

While like all video games, Pokemon Go is hit with the odd bug or glitch, a fact that the fanbase is always quick to call out online in an effort to have developer Niantic work on the game.

And while the fans are happy to point out the aspects of the game that need improvement, they are also always happy to highlight the good found in Pokemon Go.

On Reddit, one user posted about how their wife was still able to play Pokemon Go from the comfort of their home, a fact that the player had nothing but praise for in the Reddit thread.

“My wife was really looking forward to this weekend, but she got really sick and can’t leave the house. We have 6 pokestops within the spinning radius from our house, but far away that the Pokemon won’t spawn if we set up lures to them.

Then it hit me. I’ve been playing Showcases quite a lot, and managed to hoard around 30 lures. With the new Spacial Rend, my wife would maybe be able to play from bed, if I started to spend those lures.”

The Redditor added, “So I tried and it worked. With the extended spawn radius, the Pokemon WILL spawn to the lures near our house now. I am so happy for her. That is all. Happy Tour to everyone!”

One fellow Pokemon Go player replied to the thread, adding “Happy for you and your wife especially! Hope she enjoys day 2 also. And feels better soon.”

Another wrote, “Spacial Rend is stupid awesome. I activated it seven times over the first day of the event and It was massively helpful in assisting with completing page 1 of the Masterwork research.”
