MTG Bloomburrow collector boosters

MTG’s Bloomburrow features epic quests undertaken by adorable woodland warriors, and the set’s Collector Boosters are already going up on sale.

While 2024’s MTG lineup contains many hotly-anticipated sets, one particular plane is currently peeking its head up above the rest.

Bloomburrow is a premier MTG set scheduled to launch on August 2, 2024. The wasteland of Fallout and the prairies of Outlaws of Thunder Junction may be coming up sooner, but Bloomburrow is stealing the show right now thanks to its engaging Redwall-esque aesthetic and charming tone.

Despite only just having its first substantial reveal and being made available for pre-order, Amazon is already marking down the price for its Bloomburrow Collector Boosters. These packs are currently 14% off the standard price, so if you like what you see of Bloomburrow so far, this could be a great way to save before release.

MTG Bloomburrow alt-art cards

Inititially not attracting too much attention among reveals for flashier sets like Murders at Karlov Manor and Modern Horizons 3, Bloomburrow is steadily picking up steam. Following a more in-depth reveal at Magic Con Chicago, Bloomburrow may well be a dark horse entry for the most anticipated MTG set of the year.

Bloomburrow is a seemingly lower-stakes plane with a twist: all of its inhabitants are woodland beings! From mice that wield legendary blades to quick-witted hare archers, this set has a totally unique style. For fans of classic series like Redwall or Mouse Guard, Bloomburrow is sure to be a favorite.

What’s more, this set features ‘what ifs’ of famous MTG planeswalkers and creatures, envisioning how they would look if they visited Bloomburrow. Jace Beleren as a cunning fox is just the first of many fun surprises to come.

With legendary artists like David Petersen and Mitsuhiro Arita working on the set, you can be sure that Bloomburrow’s rarer cards and alt-art treatment will be something special indeed. Your best chance of pulling these cards comes from Bloomburrow’s Collector Boosters. So if you have more intention to collect and aim for rare cards than you do drafting the set, this is the place to be.
