Woman calls out house inspector for stealing her Gucci diaper bag

A woman has gone viral on TikTok after accusing her home inspector of stealing her Gucci diaper bag on camera.

Content creator softasha took to TikTok to share a video filmed from inside her house. She claimed that her house inspector was visiting before new buyers moved in. “He stole Dakota’s Gucci bag. He was on camera,” she stated.

In the clip, softasha explained that a woman named “Tiffany” installed a camera in the room where the bag was, seemingly to safeguard it from potential thieves. “I’m about to show y’all the footage,” she said.

According to the TikToker, the home inspector went behind the camera so he wouldn’t trigger its motion sensors. “You can see the bag at 11:38, and then… at 11:40, the bag disappeared,” she shared.

The footage shows the man wandering around the room and approaching the camera while the Gucci bag is in the corner of the room. “He looked at the camera to see if it was motion-censored,” softasha said. The inspector then entered from another back entrance, where he turned the camera’s sensors off.

In the next recorded video, taken at 11:40, the bag appears to be missing. “At this point, he has now taken the diaper bag and is playing it off,” the woman said. “The diaper bag is gone. We’re at work, and nobody else is in the house.”

Softasha’s post has now gone viral with over 2.3 million views, with many users in the comments urging her to report the home inspector. “Sue the company & press charges!” one person wrote.

“This is why you don’t allow people into your home when you’re not there. You better press charges,” another commented. “Did y’all get the bag back? Did y’all report him? Press charges?” a third said.
