An EA FC 24 player has recreated highlights from Newcastle United vs Manchester City’s Premier League clash, and fans are calling it “flawless.”

Following the third-round FA Cup ties, it was back to Premier League action over the weekend, where on January 13 we saw Manchester City take a trip up to St James Park to take on Eddie Howe’s struggling Newcastle side.

One EA FC 24 player has since taken it upon themselves to recreate the highlight reel from the match, and football fans are shocked at how “flawless” it is.

EA FC 24 content creator ‘ozilla_fc’ uploaded an in-game recreation of the Premier League match on TikTok. It quickly went viral as many praised how it looked identical to what we saw on the real-life pitch.

“This video is actually insane good job bro,” one user replied, while another claimed they prefer the FC 24 version to the actual highlights from the match. “I prefer this to the actual highlights keep up the great work,” they said.

Man City’s Bernardo Silva was the first to open up the scoreline before the Magpies quickly hit back with two spectacular goals one after the other from their star striker Alexander Isak and left-winger Anthony Gordon before half-time.

But, that wasn’t enough for the injury-ridden Newcastle squad to beat the reigning European Champions. Kevin De Bruyne’s return to the Premier League, after missing the first bulk of the season due to injury, with a sub in the 69th minute completely changed the game.

The Belgian international equalized within just minutes of being on the pitch, before setting up Oscar Bobb with a superb assist in added time for City to take the lead.
