New Black Ops 4 leaks hints at return of fan-favorite Black Ops 2 weapon

Black Ops 4 fans will be torn to hear about a familiar new weapon making its way onto the battlefield as a January 17 leak revealed a weapon that caused devastating damage in Black Ops 2.

Every Call of Duty game always has that one weapon type or item that reigned supreme and now it looks like a cousin of on such weapon will be coming to Black Ops 4.

In a post, Reddit user Joshwoocool uploaded a video of the Kap-45, a fully automatic pistol that closely resembles the Kap-40 from Black Ops 2, being used in what seems to be a promotional montage of the reveal for the latest Call of Duty.

From what is seen in the video, the gun will be a helpful secondary weapon that can cause just as much pain as a primary.

YouTuber TheXclusiveAce noted that the Kap-45 was previously seen in Black Ops 4, if only briefly, through a thumbnail image in the Blackjack Shop which featured the gun in a cherry blossom skin.

Black Ops 2’s Kap-40 similarly was a nuisance to deal with, as many Call of Duty vets might remember players infinitely running around while dual-wielding the gun to great effect.

No official details have been released on the gun, so fans should be in eager anticipation to see how much power the pistol will be given at its launch.

Black Ops 4’s first event, Operation: Zero, brought new guns to the fray, but the event still has a ways to go before wrapping up. If the gun were to make an appearance in the game, it would presumably be at the end of the event, unless Treyarch decide to add it in on the fly.
