Jujutsu Kaisen Yuji Itadori chapter 256

Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 252 is extremely thrilling, but most fans are worried about Gege Akutami. Here’s everything you need to know.

Jujutsu Kaisen’s manga returns after a brief hiatus. Just like always, Gege Akutami delivers another set of shocking events in the upcoming chapter. Chapter 251 ends on a major cliffhanger with Maki’s appearance as she impales the King of Curses.

The chapter recreates the iconic Toji and Gojo scene using Maki and Sukuna. While Gojo and Sukuna both bear the title of the strongest, Toji and Maki are the stains of the Zenin Clan. Hence, Gege Akutami decided to commence the battle between Maki and Sukuna by recreating the scene where Toji stabbed Gojo without him noticing.

Akutami then takes his usual break since he delivered three consecutive chapters. While Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 252 has been shocking enough for fans, they’re also quite worried about Gege Akutami after seeing the raw scans. Delve deeper to find out why.

Why Jujutsu Kaisen fans are worried about Gege Akutami after seeing Chapter 252

Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 252 appears to be roughly drawn, and it’s evident that Gege Akutami drew it in a rush.

JJK leaker shared on Twitter/X: “I hope Gege is doing well. Seeing how he submitted a few panels with unfinished art, I pray for his health. This happened once in the past during Maki’s Zenin arc. He was unwell & rushed the story before taking a 1-month hiatus. Hopefully, he won’t repeat the same thing & take care.”

A lot of panels in the middle aren’t clearly drawn, which isn’t how Gege usually does things. Despite taking a break, the mangaka’s schedule is as tight as ever. The manga is nearing its 6th anniversary, which means the magazine has special plans for the next week’s issue.

The series will have a special colored cover in the WSJ magazine. The manga is also holding a fourth popularity poll to celebrate the anniversary. However, that’s not all. JJK will soon release its Volume 26, which means there’s more work for the mangaka.

Another user posted: “The unfinished pages in chapter 252 might be related to the cover and color page for next week’s magazine. Mangakas have an awful schedule and a tremendous amount of workload.”

Additionally, JJK leaker shares in another post: “On top of all this, Gege needs to draw the upcoming Volume-26 cover this month. It’s most likely to be Gojo & I hope gege takes all his time to make Gojo look beautiful one last time. Praying that he doesn’t fumble this.”

“Gege’s health matters more than anything. I hope he’s doing well and is getting much-needed rest, ” commented one fan.

Another fan also expressed their concern: “He should put his health first and might take a little break.. Get well soon Gege.”

“People forget Gege is human too. Pray for the guy drawing us this beautiful story,” commented another.
