Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 252 answers several questions as they reveal the status of several fan-favorite characters. Here’s everything you need to know.

Like always, Jujutsu Kaisen delivers yet another thrilling chapter as the sorcerers continue to fight against Sukuna. Before the brief hiatus, the manga shows a major cliffhanger with Maki entering the battlefield and impaling Sukuna from behind using her Split Soul Katana.

The scene is quite similar to the way Toji attacked Gojo in Gojo’s Past arc. Meanwhile, all this happens when Yuji and Yuta take serious damage after the King of Curses attacks them with his World-Cutting Slash.

Jujutsu Kaisen finally returns this week, and it reveals the status of several fan-favorite characters. Warning: This article contains spoilers from Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 252!

Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 252 reveals Yuta is heavily injured

Jujutsu Kaisen Yuta Chapter 252 spoilers

Sukuna didn’t show mercy when attacking Yuta and Yuji with a devastating attack. Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 252 reveals Yuta’s injuries are incredibly serious. He allowed Maki to sneak an attack on Sukuna while risking his own life. The chapter reveals that Rika is crying terribly while carrying Yuta to Ui Ui, who appears to take Yuta for medical attention.

Although JJK’s only special-grade sorcerer is alive and will be healed thanks to Shoko, it’s unclear if he can recover enough to join the battle again. After all, when someone uses RCT on others, it will have half the effect compared to using it on oneself. But that’s the only option right now since Yuta appears to be in no shape to use any technique.

Yuji is reaching his limit but continues to use Reverse Cursed Technique

Jujutsu Kaisen Yuji

While Yuji and Yuta took the attack together, the former appears to be in better shape. Yuji is at least conscious. In Chapter 252, he runs after Sukuna, saying, “Fushiguro, it’s not over yet,” before collapsing on the ground. He coughs up a lot of blood and realizes he has been unable to heal himself with RCT.

This is due to the fact that he has been overexerting himself by constantly using RCT. Fighting against the King of Curses while using complex techniques has taken a toll on him. Although it appears Yuji will recover soon, he doesn’t fight Sukuna in this chapter.

Choso who returns after several weeks in Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 252

Jujutsu Kaisen Sukuna and Choso

Choso fans were worried sick about him after Sukuna impaled him in Chapter 246. The series showed no signs of him since then. The injuries are fatal, but luckily, Choso is still alive. In Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 252, just when Yuji is struggling with using RCT, Choso comes to help him like a big brother should.

He pats Yuji’s back and asks him to use RCT calmly to fully heal himself. Choso guides him and says he should circulate his blood to every corner of his body as if he’s spreading roots. Choso still looks a little beat up, but compared to others, he’s in much better shape. Although it’s unclear if he healed himself or if he was taken to Shoko after taking such a serious hit from Sukuna.

The manga finally shows Hakari and Uraume

Jujutsu Kaisen Hakari Uraume

Hakari vs Uraume began in Chapter 237. After Gojo’s death, Kashimo jumps onto the battlefield, ready to fight Sukuna. However, Uraume stands in Kashimo’s way. To help his friend realize his dream of fighting the King of Curses, Hakari gets in Uraume’s way.

They’ve been fighting ever since. The last we see them is in Chapter 245, where they’re equally matched. Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 252 finally shows them as the fight is still ongoing. They’re both pretty beat up but don’t appear to have any serious injuries.

Hakari is confident the sorceres will win, earning a mockery from Uraume. They know Sukuna is still not taking them seriously. Uraume also mocks the sorcerers for being unable to produce the same results as Satoru Gojo.
