Jujutsu Kaisen’s Yuta Okkotsu is among the most hyped characters in the series. Even before his debut in the main story, he had a wide fanbase thanks to the prequel movie. Yuta is the only special-grade sorcerer from his generation and Gojo’s distant relative.
Needless to say, his powers are beyond comprehension. Gojo always had faith that Yuta is one of his students who has more than enough potential to surpass him. Shortly after the Night Parade of the Hundred Demons, Gojo sent Yuta to Africa with Miguel to learn more about his powers.
After a year of training, Yuta returns to Japan, but not in the way he would’ve hoped. He arrived shortly after the Shibuya Incident was over, only to witness the brutal state of Tokyo after the battle. Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 249 spoilers reveal Yuta’s Domain Expansion
Manga PlusAs a special-grade sorcerer, it’s not surprising to know that Yuta can use the most difficult technique, the pinnacle of Jujustu sorcery called Domain Expansion. In Chapter 179, Yuta uses his Domain Expansion for the first time, but the manga never reveals what it really is. The chapter was released in March 2022, and since then, fans have been dying to know more about it.
After making us wait for two years, Gege Akutami has finally decided to reveal it in Chapter 249. According to spoilers, Yuta attacks Sukuna and opens his Domain Expansion, “True and Mutual Love,” although the actual title might vary in the official translation.
Although Sukuna uses Hollow Wicker Basket to counter Yuta’s domain, the young sorcerer doesn’t give him an opening. Yuta instantly uses Uro’s Thin Ice Breaker and forces Sukuna inside his domain.
According to JJK leaker Mya, Yuta’s Domain Expansion, the Japanese text for the title reads as “Shouai Shingan.” It can also mean Authentic/ Genuine Mutal Love. Inside his domain, Yuta can use the endless cursed techniques he has copied from others. His domain is simply a field of katanas.
Yuta is confident that he can end Sukuna in his domain using the unlimited copy of cursed techniques. According to his plan, Yuji will make the final move by capturing Sukuna’s soul with his strikes and ripping him apart from Megumi’s body.
