It’s every Pokemon Go player’s dream to bag a Shiny Pokemon, perhaps even a Shiny Legendary, so it’s wild to see that one player has hit the jackpot with a day of rare pulls.

There are already plenty of those titular Pocket Monsters to catch when you open up Pokemon Go, but amongst the Rattata and Ryhorn are Pokemon even rarer than Legendary creatures like Mew, the elusive Shiny Pokemon.

A sparkly variant of each Pokemon with a subtle change in hue, or glaring in some cases, many Pokemon fans obsess over finding Shiny Pokemon, to the point of even trying to complete the monumental task of acquiring a Shiny Living Dex. Yes, every Shiny, of every Pokemon, and every form.

What keeps fans hooked is the fact that while Shiny Pokemon are possible to find, they are still incredibly rare, which makes a sighting a thrilling event for any Pokemon player. So, you’ve got to imagine the wild luck it takes to bag two Shiny Legendary Pokemon in one day, or, even more than that.

Pokemon Go player shares wild Legendary Shiny haul

In a Reddit post shared by one lucky Pokemon Go player, they have revealed a considerable haul, including a Shiny Landorus, Shiny Shadow Ho-Oh, and two Shiny Latias to cap it all off.

In a comment alongside the post, the player says “I am convinced that I should go to a casino. Four mega Latias raid, lost the first two then back to back wtf? Is there some luck boost on or something?”

Other Pokemon Go players in the comments are sharing their jealousy, as one person adds, “I am 47 dry, give me some of that. My last raid shiny is kyurem.”

One frustrated player shared their own experience, saying, “i couldn’t even catch a latios because i used my last raid pass and it ran away.”

Meanwhile, a few comments urge the player not to book a trip straight to the casino, with one comment saying, “As someone with insane Pokemon go luck and fresh off a trip to Vegas, I can confidently assure you the two are mutually exclusive.”

Hopefully, players get the Shiny luck they need in upcoming Pokemon Go Raids this February, but it’s unlikely many people will be able to match this particularly impressive display.
