Sting’s retirement match at AEW Revolution 2024

Announced all the way back in October, 2023, Sting confirmed his final match was set for Revolution 2024. The 64-year-old icon has had arguably his best run ever in AEW, going undefeated alongside Darby Allin in dozens of remarkable matches.

Since the new year kicked off, we’ve known The Young Bucks, currently touting their AEW VP status and full names as well, will be the opposing team in Sting’s very last match. It’s been a bloody start to the feud and the Tornado Tag Match conclusion is sure to be every bit as thrilling as it is shocking.

There’s currently no confirmation on the matter, but it appears Sting’s final match will serve as the main event and close the show. As no doubt the thousands in attendance will be hoping for.
