Who is Chef Anthony? Below Deck’s Season 11 French chef revealed

Below Deck Season 11 introduced us to several new faces including Chef Anthony Icracane. Here is everything you need to know about him.

Bravo’s Below Deck Season 11 is announced to make several changes within the cast lineup. The most important one is Captain Kerry Titheradge, who previously worked on Below Deck Adventure, to replace Captain Lee.

Along with the Captain, Anthony Icracane was chosen to join as the new chef on board St. David sailing around Granada, Spain. Anthony has had years of experience as a chef on luxury yachts but this would be his very first reality TV series.

The French chef revealed that private parties and food tastings are his specialty. Naturally, Below Deck viewers are curious to know more about the new face in the crew.

Below Deck Chef Anthony is an entrepreneur

Anthony founded a French street food chain and food truck, in which he travels across the states serving his taste. The new reality star named his food chain restaurant Snackybae and so far, he has traveled all across Florida.

Anthony also had experience working and cooking at the I Love This Boat Christensen luxury yacht, and describes himself as a chef who cooks with his heart and passion.

Anthony wants to “create emotions and memories” for the people he is serving through his cuisines.

In his personal life, the chef is a family man who likes to keep things private. He revealed that he is a married man, but so far, he has disclosed nothing about his wife and kids.

Below Deck Season 11 is set to return to our screens in February 2024 and the episodes are available to stream on Peacock.
