It was definitely unexpected for Maddi from Southern Hospitality to have a Season 2 crossover with Vanderpump Rules.

Maddi Reese is mostly known for her starring role in Southern Hospitality Season 2, alongside co-stars Joe Bradley and Emmy Sharett.

The series spotlights her role at the Republic Garden & Lounge, where she is the VIP and DJ manager of.

Speaking of DJing, Maddi is an aspiring DJ who is trying to grow her career and reach global stardom one gig at a time.

But, her DJ career is already starting to get in the way of her Southern Hospitality role.

Is Southern Hospitality’s Maddi Reese on Vanderpump Rules?

In the preview for Episode 5, Maddi revealed during a team meeting that she was not going to be fulfilling her shift.

Her reason behind not planning to come to work is that she has been offered a DJing gig to open for Vanderpump Rules star James Kennedy.

Along with being one of the main stars of VPR, he is a known DJ who travels all over the country to perform for his fans.

Even though Maddi expressed to her team that she had asked other employees to cover her shift, the CEO of Republic seemed to be visually annoyed by her last-minute update, but Maddi didn’t seem to be the least bit sympathetic.

“I love working at Republic, but DJing, it’s what I’m passionate about. I don’t care if it’s a last-minute gig, I’m [bleeping] opening for James Kennedy,” Maddi said in her confessional.

Viewers will soon see how Maddi’s boss and Southern Charm star Leva Bonaparte reacts to her lack of obligation toward working at the restaurant and if she will become the third person to be fired from the season.
