This awesome fan-made animation features an Overwatch x Fortnite showdown

A Fortnite fan decided to see what it would be like to put Overwatch’s Wrecking Ball up against the game’s Black Knight.

The post was originally put on the Fortnite Subreddit by user 3d_printguy, who said they made the animation just for fun.

Overwatch and Fortnite are two of the biggest games of the past few years, with Overwatch League regularly drawing in over 100,000 viewers on Twitch, and Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins doing the same for Fortnite on an almost daily basis.

The animation puts Wrecking Ball, an Overwatch tank, up against Fortnite’s Black Knight skin, armed at first with the SCAR, which doesn’t have much luck against the rotund mech.

Then again, Hammond’s cannons don’t seem to have much of an effect against a standard wooden wall either. Hammond being the hamster that pilots the Wrecking Ball mech.

Hammond even busts out this Doctor Octopus-style move with harpoon cables to suspend him in the air, too bad he can’t actually do that in Overwatch.

In the end, both Hammond and the Black Knight end up basically taking each other out, leaving the Victory Royale for the innocent pig that managed to somehow make it out unscathed.

Any Overwatch heroes would be incredibly OP in Fortnite Battle Royale, but it would make for some incredible Twitch highlights.
